Kid leaders
Leading Kid – Young Children's Leadership is an elementary school leadership program for grades 4-6. The program will operate in a uniform line with the school student councils in Ashkelon, of which the 'City Leading Kid Council' will be composed. The councils (both school and municipal) will form a leadership base in the areas of occupation of children of these ages and will constitute preparation for the student and youth councils in the upper primary schools.

קיד מוביל – מנהיגות ילדים צעירה' הינה תוכנית מנהיגות לילדים ביסודי בכיתות ד'-ו'. התוכנית תפעל בקו אחיד עם מועצות התלמידים הבית ספריות באשקלון, שמתוכן תורכב 'מועצת קיד מוביל העירונית'. המועצות (הן הבית ספרית והן העירונית) יהוו בסיס מנהיגותי בתחומי העיסוק של ילדים בגילאים אלו ויהוו הכנה למועצות התלמידים והנוער בבתי הספר העל יסודיים.
